Use of Artificial Intelligence
Last updated: January 14, 2026
Genie BRM, Inc ("Genie BRM", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to transparency about how we use artificial intelligence in our behavioral intelligence services. This policy explains our approach to AI, the role it plays in our work, and our commitments to responsible use.
Our Approach to AI
Genie BRM operates as an Institutional Behavioral Intelligence Firm. We study how senior leaders and decision-makers think, decide, and commit. Artificial intelligence serves as one tool among many in our methodology, but it does not replace human judgment, expertise, or accountability.
We believe AI should augment human intelligence, not substitute for it. Our work requires nuanced understanding of human behavior, institutional dynamics, and contextual factors that demand experienced human oversight.
How We Use AI
AI technologies may be employed in the following areas of our work:
Research and Analysis
- Pattern Recognition: Identifying behavioral patterns across large datasets and historical records.
- Information Synthesis: Aggregating and summarizing publicly available information about organizations and industries.
- Trend Analysis: Detecting emerging patterns in market behavior and decision-making environments.
Content Development
- Draft Generation: Creating initial drafts of reports, analyses, and communications that are reviewed and refined by our team.
- Language Optimization: Refining messaging to align with specific communication objectives and audience needs.
Operational Support
- Process Automation: Streamlining routine administrative and operational tasks.
- Quality Assurance: Checking consistency and accuracy in documentation and deliverables.
What AI Does Not Do
We maintain clear boundaries on the role of AI in our services:
- Final Decisions: AI does not make final recommendations or decisions. All client-facing insights are validated and approved by experienced professionals.
- Behavioral Assessments: AI does not independently assess or characterize individual executives or decision-makers. Such assessments require human expertise, ethical consideration, and contextual judgment.
- Client Strategy: AI does not determine engagement strategy or approach. Strategic decisions are made by our team in collaboration with clients.
- Confidential Analysis: AI systems are not provided access to confidential client information without appropriate safeguards and client awareness.
Human Oversight
Every engagement at Genie BRM involves direct human oversight:
- All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by qualified team members before delivery.
- Senior professionals validate insights and recommendations.
- Clients work directly with human advisors, not AI systems.
- We maintain accountability for all work product, regardless of tools used in its creation.
Data and AI
When AI systems are used in our work:
- Data Minimization: We limit the data provided to AI systems to what is necessary for the specific task.
- Confidentiality: Confidential client information is handled according to our privacy policy and engagement agreements.
- Third-Party AI: When using third-party AI services, we select providers with appropriate security and privacy practices.
- No Training Contribution: We do not knowingly contribute confidential client data to train third-party AI models.
Continuous Improvement
The AI landscape evolves rapidly. We commit to:
- Regularly reviewing and updating our AI practices.
- Staying informed about AI developments, risks, and best practices.
- Adjusting our approach as new capabilities and considerations emerge.
- Being transparent with clients about significant changes to our AI use.
